Benett and Susana yoga teachers
YOUR TEACHERS

Benett Hannan

 

Benett is an experienced yoga teacher, intuitive bodyworker, avid musician, and adventurous traveler. He has had the honor of studying under numerous renowned teachers and has an extensive daily yoga practice. 

Benett is a personal trainer, Thai bodywork practitioner, and will soon complete certification as a yoga therapist. By joining his knowledge of movement arts with his personal style Benett brings depth, awareness, and fun to his student’s practice.

Susana Matoes

 

Susana has found refuge in yoga as a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practice. She has been fortunate to learn the ashtanga vinyasa system from a variety of seasoned teachers, most recently Kory Sheffer in Cleveland, OH, and Troy Lucero in Seattle, WA. 

 

Susana's teaching is informed by her practice as well as multiple yoga teacher trainings, Thai massage training, and years of assisting heated vinyasa classes in Sacramento. She has earned her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Biology and will be completing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree this summer.
